Our Courier

We ship with NZ Couriers.

They collect orders at 2pm each week day.

Orders placed after 1pm this will go on the next days courier.

Dispatch

We will aim to have in stock items dispatched the same day, if orders are placed before 12pm.

Our courier has a 25kg shipping limit.

For stock items

Allow 1-2 days for Auckland Delivery

2-4 days for North Island Delivery

Up to a week for South Island Delivery. Freight can be held up by weather conditions on the Strait.

Add additional 1-2 days for Rural delivery.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should courier your product to:

Auckland.

If this is for a change of mind exchange you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
