This 200 mm thermal impulse hand sealer offers a dependable solution for sealing poly bags from light to heavy duty, up to 200 mm in width. Designed for flexibility, it’s ideal for a wide range of light industrial and packaging applications. With the built in cutter it offers a speedier sealing process and a tidy edge.
 
Operating the sealer is simple: set the timer based on material thickness, press the handle until the indicator light turns on, allow a brief cooling period, let cool, slide cutting tab across the tubing or bag and release. It produces a strong, secure 2 mm wide seal on polyethylene and polypropylene materials up to 150 microns thick—no warm-up time required. The unit only consumes electricity during the sealing cycle, making it efficient and cost-effective.
Ideal for a multitude of applications, this sealer creates excellent airtight and watertight seals on materials such as plastic bags, and films including PE, PVC, PVA, Mylar, Nylon, as well as metallized and aluminium foil bags.
Included is a 30-day limited warranty and a spare service kit for added convenience. Replacement kits are readily available upon request.
